If you obtain knowledge of a sexual offence against a child or young person, be it real or via the internet or other means of communication, proceed as follows: · Copy the mail or URL. · Print out evidence, but never ever print out photos! · Make a note of the provider, chat room, website the date and time of contact. · Write down the sequence of the crime. · Take all the pieces of evidence to the police or report at KOBIK. The form for reporting an offence is available from the KOBIK website (Nationale Koordinationsstelle Internet-Kriminalität / National Coordination Centre for Internet Crime) or the SCP website. |
